Even though administration thinks that smart phones in the class room will only be a distraction they have not thought of all the distractions that are already present.

Having a smart phone in hand is like having the world with one touch on a finger. Smart phones have so many different uses. Most students have their phones on them during the school day and will use them, so instead of them hiding their phones bring the use of the smart phones into the lesson.
