World Cruise
What I would do with $1,000,000
The Cabin
If I was going on a cruise I would need a cabin to stay in. Because I am bringing my whole family with me I would need either a room with five beds or I would have to rent two rooms. When I was looking at the cruise's website I didn't find a room with 5 beds.
I decided that I would have to rent 2 rooms to fit all of us. I picked out two rooms I could afford. When I looked at the website again I noticed that if I booked before December, 1 I got 70% off the room so I was able to book us some rooms that were a lot more fancy. I decided I would rent the Owners Suite Penthouse that included unlimited access to the spa, an i pad to use when ever, free unlimited internet access, free buffet, and a full time butler for each room.
Each room originally cost $200,000, because I got %70 off each room now cost $140,000. The tax is included in the cost. Because I am renting two rooms in all I am spending $280,000 on cabins.
Clothes and supplies
If I were going on a cruise I would definitely need to go shopping for clothes and supplies. So I gave everyone 4,000 dollars to buy however many pairs of warm and cool clothes they wanted, and to get supplies they would need such as sunglasses, sunscreen, or bug spray.
If I was giving everyone 4,000 dollars I would have to take that times five which equals 20,000. Then I would have to include tax so I would take 20,000 times .07 which equals 1,400 . Last to find out what I spent in all I would take 20,000+1,4=21,400.

Food for off the ship
I gave everyone 75 dollars to get what ever kind of food they want to try or for when ever they get hungry.
If I gave 75 dollars to 5 people every day for 180 days I would have to do some math. First I would do 75*5 to find what I would spend every day. The sum is 375. But because I will be on the cruise for 180 days I would have to take 375*180 which equals 67,500 dollars. But now I have to add the tax so I took 67,500*.07=4,725. Then 67,500 +4,725=72,225.
So now I have spent 72,225 dollars on food for off the ship.
Australia
China
Hawaii
Money to get around the countries
I know that to see different things around the different countries that we would need some money to get to the different places so I gave everyone 250 dollars to find some way to get to what they want to see.
Then I would have to do some more math to find what I spent in all. This is what I did, 250*5=1,250 which is how much I spent each day. Then I have to take 1,250*180 because that is how many days I will be on the ship. 1,250*180=225,000. Last, I have to find the tax so I took 225,000*.07=15,750, then 225,000+15,750=240,750.
In all on money to get around the countries to see whatever we want to see I spent 240,750 dollars.
Activities
To find out what I spent in all on activities for everyone I took 300*5=1,500 to see what I spent each day. Then I took 1,500*180=270,000 to find what I spent in 180 days. Next, to find my tax I took 270,000*.07=18,900. Last I took 270,000+18,900=288,900 to find what I spent all together.
The Great Wall of China
Sydney Opera House
The Great Pyramids of Egypt
Souvenirs
I decided to give everyone 100 dollars each day because we will be visiting 44 different places and because they are all different countries from around the world so their would be a lot of souvenirs to bring back home.
To find what I spent in all I would take 100*5=500 to find what I spent each day. Next I would take 500*180=90,000 to find what I spent in 180 days. Then to find out the tax I would take 90,000*.07=6,300. Last I would take 90,000+6,300=96,300.
