Girls Soccer Wins Conference Championship
On Friday night the girls soccer team clinched a GAC South Championship by winning 1-0 over Troy. You can read an STL Today article from the game below. With the win the Lady Vikings moved to 11-5 on the season. They are currently ranked both locally and at the state level. The Lady Viking finish the regular season this week and will kick off district play next Monday against FZN. They come into the district tournament as the number one seed and are looking to avenge a district championship loss from last season.

Eli Cooper Signs Contract With Islanders Hockey Club
Howell senior Eli Cooper has signed a contract for the 2018-19 season with the Islanders Hockey Club, based out of Tygnsboro, MA. The Islanders Hockey Club plays in the USPHL junior hockey league. THe Islanders had 12 NCAA commitments this last season. Congratulations to Eli on this great accomplishment.

The summer, fall, winter, and spring dead periods for the 2018-19 school year have been released. The MSHSAA dates can be found below. We hope that this information helps all Vikings and their families coordinate and prepare for the summer and sports seasons ahead during the 18-19 school year.
