WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Website Update and Media Release Information
We are in the process of updating our school website, and we will be taking many pictures of our students and our campus this week. Please let us know if you give your consent for your student(s) to be in pictures or videos showcasing Ramona Elementary School. THIS IS DONE THROUGH THE ANNUAL PARENT UPDATE on the PARENT PORTAL.
Here is a quick video on how to walk you through this process.

I have to ask you all for something really important for your child and family.
A portion of our state funding is determined from the demographics of our student population. It is important that we have 100 percent of families fill out a two-minute School Funding Form to help us keep important programs like tutoring, dual language immersion, visual and performing arts and much more. Previously, this form was known as the “LCFF Survey” or most commonly known as the “meal application.” But the completion of this form is for more than just a meal.
Possible benefits for students:
- P-EBT benefits for eligible families
- Free AP testing
- Free student educational after school programs
- Free student tutoring programs
- Possible discounts on internet, gas, water, electricity and phone for eligible families
- Fee waivers for select college applications
- Funding to school sites
Once again, this School Funding Form will allow us to continue providing students with free services in addition to free or reduced meals. We want to continue making sure that students receive this resource in addition to many other benefits.
I am urging you to complete this two-minute survey. You can find the links in your email, Q ParentConnection or on our website.
