The Basics of the country
There are three horizontal bands and the top one is black, it represents the Abbassid Caliphate. The white band represents the Ummayyad Caliphate, and the green band represents the Fatimid Caliphate. There is a red isosceles triangle on the left side of the flag, representing the Great Arab Revolt of 1916 and holding a small white seven pointed star, representing the seven verses of the opening Sura of the Holy Koran; the seven points on the star represent faith in one god, humanity, national spirit, humility, social justice, virtue, and aspirations. The design is based on the Arab Revolt flag of World War l.
Capitol:
The capitol of Jordan is Amman, in-between Al Karak and Az Zarqa

Geography
Jordan's major bodies of water are, the Jordan River, the Dead Sea, and the Gulf of Aqaba. Jordan's people are affected by this by being able to live like citizens in the city's made out of Sand Stone, or the cities that light up the sky during the night.
