Come get a free kettlebell lesson and see what all the fuss is about. Wear comfortable workout attire and flat soled shoes, as we will be learning the basic move in kettlebell training, the kettlebell swing, and completing the CEKB "Welcome Workout". This workout is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. If you have never touched a kettlebell before this is a perfect introduction for you. If you are experienced with kettlebells, prepare to learn new techniques to make your swing better and more effective.
