LIVONIA GOODFELLOWS FOOD COLLECTION AND TOY COLLECTION
These food drives provide us with most of our food; without them we would not have enough food to give to our recipient families. So the Goodfellows are accepting your donations at Dickinson Center on many weekends, from now into December. We still have a need to fill, and the need this year may be bigger than last year.
In order to get the large quantity of food that we normally have, we encourage you to ask your friends, neighbors and co-workers to donate. Your extra efforts to help this year are greatly appreciated. We hope Scout troops and other groups will be able to have food drives and/or toy drives for us. Toys should be new and unwrapped.
SCHEDULE FOR DROP-OFF OF FOOD AND/OR TOYS We will be available at Dickinson Center, 18000 Newburgh Rd. We are on the south side of the building at “D” DOOR. We will be there Saturdays from 9-12 and Sundays from 12-3 on the following weekends:
OCTOBER 17 AND 18
OCTOBER 24 AND 25
OCTOBER 31 AND NOVEMBER 1
NOVEMBER 7 AND 8
NOVEMBER 14 AND 15
NOVEMBER 21 AND 22
DECEMBER 5 AND 6
Families who are in need of assistance should visit www.livoniagoodfellows.org to download and fill out the application form by October 31, 2020.
MESSAGE FROM MRS. STARK
To avoid messy clothes in art, please send in an art shirt in a ziplock baggie with your child's name and teacher written on this. Shirts should be in by the end of October. Please do not purchase anything fancy or new, just an old t-shirt will work great. Please try to avoid button down shirts for younger students, thanks!
