Isaiah 43:2

When you pass through the waters,

I will be with you;
and when you pass through the rivers,
they will not sweep over you.
When you walk through the fire,
you will not be burned;
the flames will not set you ablaze.

1 John 3:16-18

This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers. If anyone has material possessions and sees his brother in need but has no pity on him, how can the love of God be in him? Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth.

Friends ~ He is in every friend and schoolmate you see.

I no longer call you slaves, because a master doesn't confide in his slaves. Now you are my friends, since I have told you everything the Father told me. John 15:15

Saint Peter Says Jesus Is...

When Jesus asked his friends the simple question of who is he, it was answered by his faithful follower Peter who said, "You are the Messiah, the Son of the Living God" (Matthew 16:16), while the others said things of who Jesus was said to be. Evidently, Peter has some sort of understanding and trust that Jesus is the Son of Man. This is shown in the footnote of when Jesus said that "the flesh and blood has not revealed this to you" (Matthew 16:17), basically meaning that Jesus told him this but God revealed it to him. This is backed up in 1 Corinthians 15:50, when Jesus states "flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God" basically saying that a human cannot inherit the Kingdom, but rather a greater being can, inferring a godly being. Within the footnotes, it also refers to Galatians 1:16, which says "...reveal his Son to me, in order that I might preach him among the Gentiles" inferring that "his Son" means God's one and only son was revealed to him so that he can spread the message of God. This showed me that God revealed himself to Peter through another human, thus leading me to believe God is in every human, but he does not necessarily show it. In order for you to see God in every person, you must first believe it, then you can see it.

But Who Do You Say That I Am?

I believe that Jesus in every person because he too was a human. He felt emotion, just as we do. He grieved when he lost someone he loved. Understanding Jesus too struggled with the same troubles I and others have gone through makes me feel that Jesus and I are closer than I think and more alike. Jesus was a friend, son, and cousin. He had family who he loved. He grew up learning what is right and what is wrong. Jesus got in trouble from his parents. Jesus, in short, was a kid, just like me. Jesus too was created by God. He was loved by God, as am I. Jesus is the Son of Christ when he lived in the flesh, now he is in everyone of us through spirit. Jesus is in my family, siblings, and friends. Jesus is in every person. Every person has Jesus. I believe Jesus is you and me because he lives through us when we live out his word and mission. I also see Jesus in nature. Every sunset, landmark, and body of water reminds me of what the Father gave us. Jesus too walked this Earth. He is the reincarnated Lord, thus he waled among is creation, leading me to believe everything I see I am walking among Jesus and his Father's creation.
