CSTAND CONFERENCE 2015
New Dates!
Plans are coming together for this year's CSTAND Conference, Wednesday, September 16-Friday, September 18 at the Baymont Inn in Mandan.
We've planned two preconference sessions for Wednesday--one for those new at coaching and one on instructional technology and apps.
Registration begins that evening, with the annual social and yummy appetizers. The conference begins at 8 a.m. Thursday and goes until 3:30 p.m. Friday. Rules Clinics will occur throughout these two days. Watch for details about Earlybird registration next month.

Key Note Speaker Pam McComas
We are very excited to announce our Key Note speaker! Pam McComas is retired from a storied career. While at Topeka High School she coached speech and debate qualifying many students to national tournaments. She also taught classes in debate, acting, speech, humanites and history of film.
She serves on the National Speech and Debate Association executive board a position she has held since 2006. She has also served on the National Federation of State High School Associations Speech Advisory Committee and been an NSDA representative to the NFHS board.
McComas is an inducted member of both the Kansas Speech Communication Association and NDSA Hall of Fames. She is a sought after speaker for the integration of speaking and listening with the common core. Watch for details on her presentation and workshops.
