Dear Parents and Guardians,
Report cards will be mailed by June 5. However, the final grades will be available via the Parent Portal as early as June 4.
This has been a great year at Beadle Middle School. Our kids continue to excel in their academic pursuits and more students are involved than ever before. Thank you for your support throughout the year. Children excel because of strong teamwork between home and school. It has been my pleasure to serve all of you as the Principal of Beadle Middle School.

The process typically takes 1 hour or less. First thing in the morning is usually our busiest time! Complete Online Registration (OLR) before you come to save time! During Fall Orientation you can: Order Beadle Spirit Wear, Yearbook, Deposit money in your lunch account, Take your school picture, Submit health physicals and immunizations, Pick up your class schedule, and Practice opening your locker.

- 11:15 to 3:00 -- Lunch Served
Student's ONE-TO-ONE LAPTOPS
★ Any time the computer is moved from one location to another, the computer should be closed and placed in the school provided computer bag. Computers should not be stored in tablet mode, where the screen/glass is exposed.
★ Devices SHOULD NOT be stored in any vehicle during the summer. Avoid exposing the computer to extreme hot and cold temperatures.
★ If a device is damaged or stolen during the summer, it should be reported to the Technology Division immediately. Please call our help desk at 402-715-6290.
★ If a student decides to leave the Millard Public Schools district over the summer, the computer, bag, and power adapter should be turned in at:

Summer Hours: Monday thru Friday from 8:00 to 3:00 June 3 through July 26, 2019
★ When in doubt, reboot the computer. Many computer issues can be resolved by simply restarting the computer. A restart can often resolve issues more quickly than submitting a Helpdesk ticket or visiting Ron Witt Support Services Center (13737 Industrial Road).
★ All service and repair is handled by the District. Do not attempt to take your computer or device for repair to any non-District service center.

Parent Pay Bus Service
Student Transportation of Nebraska will provide Millard Public Schools Students who do not qualify for District provided transportation with a parent pay busing program. Applications will be accepted up to July 31, 2019. The Application Form containing costs is available in the Beadle office and online: https://drive.google.com/drive/my-drive

Summer Camps and Summer School
Summer School. The middle school sessions will be held at Millard North Middle School. Current eighth grade students interested in summer school will attend sessions at Millard North High School. For more information go to: http://www.mpsomaha.org/curriculum/summer-school
2019 Millard West Summer Camps. Boys & Girls Basketball, Baseball, Cross Country, Football, Soccer, Softball, Tennis, Volleyball and Wrestling. All summer camps information is listed under the Millard West website at https://mwhswildcats.com/ under the "More" tab, find "Athletic Camps".

- 2019 - 2020 Seventh Grade Physicals
Nebraska law requires every seventh grade student to have either a doctor's physical or waiver signed by a parent/guardian before entering seventh grade in August. Seventh grade physicals must be dated within 6 months prior to the first day of school. If you have any questions, please contact Katie Kintzle, District Head Nurse , at email@example.com.
- 2019 – 2020 Sports Physicals
Seventh and eighth grade students planning to participate in sports through BMS, are required to have a physical and it must be dated after May 1. For questions regarding sports physicals and paperwork, please contact Mark Sukraw, Beadle Athletic Director, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
NOTE: Cross Country Club is open to all sixth, seventh and eighth grades students and does require a sports physical to participate.
