Indigenous Family Information

Check out our district's site through our BPS office of Indian Education: https://sites.google.com/billingsschools.org/ipac/home

In addition, September 30th is Orange Shirt Day. What is Orange Shirt Day? It is an Indigenous movement to recognize and acknowledge the experience of students of Indian Boarding Schools, to honor the survivors and the children that did not make it home.

Crosswalk Use and Wheeled Device Use

It is so great to see how many students utilize various modes of transportation getting to and from school. We have witnessed and received various reports of our students not accessing the streets safely before and after school. Please help us by remembering the following:

With our students who walk and ride bikes or scooters, please utilize the crosswalks near our school building as well as on major streets (Grand and Broadwater in particular). The intersection of Grand and 30th street does not have a crosswalk. Students need to use the crosswalk at Rehberg and Grand to move from either side of the road.
