SPORTS PHYSICALS FOR 2023-2024
All 7th & 8th graders for the 2023-2024 school year who plan to participate in sports at EGMS along with any 6th grader who wishes to participate in running club will need a sports physical indicating that they are cleared without restriction. Please contact your health care provider to arrange for your child to get a Sports Physical for next year. Keep in mind that Sports Physicals for next school year must be dated after May 1, 2023. Most physician offices will get very busy in late summer so schedule your appointments early. Fall sports will begin the first week of school in August and students are not allowed to participate without having a Sports Physical turned in. If your student is a 7th grader for 2023/2024 they require a full physical (including a Tdap Booster) which will cover the Sports Physical requirement.
