Don't forget to redeliver the September PowerPoint at your monthly school meeting. September School Leads - 2019.pptx . Please help ensure your team is entering XP to show off their amazing work! You can help them track their work through the new dashboard. If needed, check out last week's VanWeekly for a quick video on how to access this information.

Also, as a reminder, make sure to have all members enter their personal professional goals here:

Directions and details are included in the September School Lead PowerPoint. We hope this will assist in focusing Vanguard professional development offerings and help Vanguard "give back" to you for all of your service to us!

Next month's call will be next Thursday, Oct. 3rd at 7:00 pm prior to the Twitter chat! Let's brainstorm together ways to help our members work "smarter" not "harder". We will also review the coaching cycle. Information for ways to contribute to the conversation will be coming your way soon.
