iTeach MakerCamp 2019
Day 1--July 8, 2019
Maker Camp Day 1
Today, our campers learned about being a maker! They did an excellent job with growing their brain solving a breakout. They then created and collaborated with spheros, Dash, Makey Makey, and using a green screen.
Tomorrow, campers will celebrate Winter in June. In the afternoon we will make ice cream. If your child has a milk allergy, popsicles will be available.

Day 1 Highlights
Morning Meeting
In this morning's group meeting we learned about what it means to be a maker. Campers learned about a guest reader they will have tomorrow. They brainstormed questions to ask her about becoming an author.
During our morning sessions, campers use collaboration, communication, creativity, and critical thinking skills to get through all their challenges.
