Tightening Up Tutorial

Thank you for helping us tighten up tutorial last week as we continue to work on tightening it up. On Tuesday (11/5) we had 26 students that we round up to the MPR for silent study hall. On Thursday (11/7) we only had 18 students round-up. Our students are getting the message!

Please remember to keep students in your class from 10:40 - 10:50 am. This helps us round up students. After 10:50 am students can go to another class if they need to.

When performing gets in the way of improving

This is a great watch. We live in an atmosphere where we teach our kids to perform whether it's acing the test, completing homework for the grade, or being the valedictorian. At times that can create an atmosphere where students are afraid to take chances and learn from failure. Eduardo explains how in life we move between the performing zone and the learning zone, and unless we find a way to successfully spend time in both zones, we compromise improvement and innovation.
