Sunday School Week #9

Please watch the Sunday School video below for your child's age group.

Please make sure your family is registered for Sunday School by clicking the bar below.

No In-Person Sunday School This Week

Due to the current rise of the Harford County positivity rate, we are cancelling in-person Sunday School this week. The session will re-evaluate this week. You can still access the online Sunday School lessons here!

Please make sure you are registered, even if you are not attending in person.

Harvest Home Sunday

November 15th

We are asking that everyone bring canned goods and non-perishables to Church/Sunday School. These items will be donated to a local food bank. If you don't attend in person but want to help, the foyer door will be open Saturday the 14th from 10-4pm and during the church service. Thanks in advance!

In lieu of a sit down dinner, we will be delivering pies and a thanksgiving craft to our registered Sunday School families!

Christmas Caroling

**We will be watching the County's positivity rates to decide if this will continue to have this.**

Christmas Caroling: 12/13/2020 and 12/20/2020

We will be doubling the caroling days this year to spread a little extra cheer!

Families will drive in their separate vehicles, and we will spread out outside of the homes of the families we are singing for. We will not be entering the homes and will be wearing masks.

Elementary Lesson:

Week 9 Sunday School

Middle/High School:

Living It Out

Time for a little spiritual, Jesus-y exercise! Above, we listed things Jesus said or did that were good and true, even though not everybody thought so at the time! We’ve listed them again. For each one, write a sentence or two that describes what (based on what you know about Jesus) makes each one both “good” and “true.”

Chasing away people who were selling things in the temple

Calling out the religious leaders

Honoring a sinful woman who fell to her knees to worship him

For each one, great guesses are okay! It’ll take a lifetime (and eternity) to fully understand everything about Jesus, and that’s okay, too… especially if we understand that everything about him is both good AND true.

Sunday Service:

This Sunday, if you feel comfortable, you can come back to church! But if not, we will still be going LIVE on Facebook.
