Congratulations Honor Roll Students!
Spring Semester off to a GREAT START
Student schedules are set and students must follow the schedule appearing in Skyward.
We do anticipate some changes to math classes to balance class sizes, especially in Algebra I. Affected students will be notified.
IMPORTANT SPRING TESTING DATES
ISTEP
Students will take ISTEP--PART 2 - MULTIPLE CHOICE--between April 16th and May 4th.
***It is vitally important students are in school and prepared to test during these testing windows.
ECA--End of Course Exams
***It is vitally important seniors are in school and prepared to test during these testing windows.
AP TESTING
***AP scores of 3, 4 and 5 will translate into college credits, making AP testing an important time for college-bound students.
Scheduling for the 2018-2019 school year begins January 16th
Counselors will provide classroom presentations beginning January 16th.
JUNIORS will meet with counselors during ENGLISH CLASSES on January 16th and 17th.
SOPHOMORES will meet with counselors during ENGLISH CLASSES on January 18th and 19th.
FRESHMEN will meet with counselors during ENGLISH CLASSES the week of January 22nd.
***Students will bring home an enrollment WORKSHEET and will be required to ENTER COURSE REQUESTS DIRECTLY INTO SKYWARD by February 1st.
INDIVIDUAL CONFERENCES will begin on February 1st and continue through SPRING BREAK. Counselors will meet with each and every student to review progress, discuss future plans and aspirations and create schedules for the upcoming school year.
PARENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE IN THESE CONFERENCES beginning February 1st.
Contact your student's assigned counselor as early as January 29th to participate in your child's conference.
PARENT SCHEDULING MEETING
Join the LN Counselors to learn about the scheduling process, course options, diploma requirements and course of study available to our Wildcats.
9th Graders will meet in the LITTLE THEATRE
10th Graders will meet in the MEDIA CENTER
11th Graders will meet in the CAFETERIA
PSAT REPORTS MEETING will be held at 5:00 p.m. in the MEDIA CENTER on Thursday, January 18th, hosted by MS. ANDERSON. Parents of 10th and 11th graders may pick up score reports and get a quick overview of the PSAT and what your child's scores mean.

College Admission Decisions
Purdue University will release decisions beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, January 15th, with ongoing releases on a weekly basis.
