Perry Middle School

July 9th Updates

Perry Pack "Need to Knows"

We put together this video to sum up the important information for now. If you are like me, and would rather not watch me talk again :) I have also put all the relevant information in bullet points below. Please Complete the Emergency Data Review on the Worthington Portal prior to coming.

Please also consider donating to help get our PTA up and running. It's my favorite kind of fundraiser, where you don't have to sell or buy anything, just donate what you can. This means 100% goes straight back into the school. You can donate by clicking here.

Ms. Rob's Ramblings

I cannot believe we are almost a month away form school starting. I am guessing my feelings mirror those of everyone else. I'm excited, nervous, and can't stop wondering what this year will bring. However, the feeling I have the most these days is gratitude. I'm grateful to live and work in a community I am proud of, with a family that brings me endless joy. I'm grateful that while the world can seem crazy at times, I have a job that allows me to meet individual people that daily confirm for me that there is more good than bad in this world. I'm grateful that we have a staff coming into this building that will make this school great regardless of what I do. And I am grateful to the families of this community to allow us to spend our days serving their children.

I hope everyone encourages their student to come into this coming school year looking for opportunities for gratitude. Not only is there tons to be grateful for, life is better when you look for the good.
