About the vitamins
Vitamins are separated into two categories based on how they are absorbed and whether or not they are stored in your body. Water-soluble vitamins are those that dissolve in water upon entering the body.Because of this, your body cannot store excess amounts of water-soluble vitamins for later use. There are a total of nine water-soluble vitamins: the B vitamins -- folate, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 -- and vitamin C.
Where are they found?
Water soluble are found in meats, Poultry,Fish,Eggs,Dry Beans and peas. Whole grain breads and cereals also with milk and some fruits and vegetables.
Fruits-Citrus fruits such as (Oranges, Grapefruit,Tangerine) Cantaloupe, Guava,Kiwi,Mango,Papaya, Strawberries
Vegetables- Bell peppers, Broccoli,Cabbage, Kale,Plantains,Potatoes, Tomatoes
Effects on your body if you lack some of the vitamins
Vitamin B,B6,and B12 is a big role in your body. If you lack some of vitamin B this could lead to some bad causes such as, Rashes, Sores or ulcers on the skin around the corner of the mouth.
If you lack vitamin C this can lead to, Fatigue, Mood changes,Weight loss,Joint and muscle aces,Bruising, Dental conditions,and dry hair and skin
