The student would be paired with a skilled-trades person who is developing and associating maintenance procedures to the plant equipment. This would include field audits, or confirming information in the plant, so the student would be exposed to plant environments as well as the philosophy behind why maintenance is necessary. A student interested in the electrical or mechanical trade, or general manufacturing/plant activities, would benefit from this position. The student would be expected to work 7am-5:30pm Monday to Friday and provide their own transportation to and from the worksite.
