COACHING
Sharing what we do...
Coaching is part of my evaluation as a new principal. There will be days that I will have my supervisor, Dr. Talbott, come to Standing Bear to coach with me. Often times, John Chvatal or Suzanne Pike may be with us as well, as they support Standing Bear. This is a common practice to have a group coaches together, this is called Coaching Calibration. This allows us to discuss the coaching visit and give feedback to the classroom teachers. I don't want anyone to stress if we walk into your classroom, resume instruction as normal. This is more for my goals and evaluation. If you have any questions or concerns please let me know.
