It also has material about how much a person can consume that substance and appreciate the good effects that caffeine can provide by a moderate intake. Articles used in this research paper had lot of data that contributes with writing and faithful information. It was founded the closest safe quantity intake to avoid high caffeine level that brings toxic effects such as headache, anxious and arrhythmia. Still, caffeine can produce good effects such as increase the alertness, vigilance and can improve reaction time and memory. In a long-term consumption, it can also decrease risks of chronic diseases.
