McAnally Weekly May 13, 2022
Your weekly update on all things McAnally!
Dear Parents,
Wow! What a week it has been! From STAAR testing, to dance tryouts and inline skating in PE, it has been eventful! I'm so proud of the hard work our students put in every day. Walking the hallways this morning, I noticed a sign that one of our own students had posted by the gym which read, "Don't count the days; Make the days count. -Muhammad Ali" I want to encourage each of your students to do just this. We have only 7 days left as McAnally Intermediate and that really strikes big emotions in me. In two short weeks we will be shutting down for good and closing the doors on all the amazing memories we've made this year and all of the years before. Encourage your students to continue to build on the relationships they have established here at McAnally and make the most of every single day.
Next week is our Six Flags trip that I am certain all of our students are looking forward to. Thank you in advance to all of our chaperones that have signed up. Your partnership with us is invaluable!
