Assistant Principal Martin takes the "Shadow A Student Challenge"
The Shadow a Student Challenge is a nationwide initiative that runs from February 2nd until February 17th. During this time, administrators and other school personnel are encouraged to walk a day in the lives of one of their students (check out the website for more information- http://shadowastudent.org/). On February 8th, Mr. Martin will shadow 10th grader, Robbie Sieger for the day. Mr. Martin & Robbie pictured below. He will attend all of his classes, participate in all of his assignments, eat lunch with him, etc. The hope is to use this experience to reflect on the daily challenges, expectations and needs of our students. Will Mr. Martin be doing any Homework?

ADVANCED PLACEMENT FEE COLLECTION FOR AP EXAMS 2017: UPDATE
Hello AP Family!
To date we have collected Advanced Placement Exam fees for about 90% of our testers. The expected due date for payment was 2/1/17. However, IT IS NOT TOO LATE to issue payment for your student. AP exams are a very important culmination of the AP Course curriculum. Our number of AP students along with our course offerings have grown each year at MRHS thanks to the dedication of AP students, their families and our top shelf instructors. Exams are $93. If your student qualifies for free or reduced lunch please have him/her see me directly for a fee reduction waiver. Checks can be made out to MRSD.
Sincerely,
Jonathan Bennett, School Counselor & AP CoordinatorShark "Shout Outs" MRHS's way of Appreciating the Great People That Make Our School "A Home Away From Home"
