In our Preschool class, we have begun our growing and changing unit. We are noticing all of the changes happening outside, and we are celebrating the growing that our students have done since September. We had a wonderful on-site field trip/parent day with our nature Preschool specialist, Anna Dutke. The families were able to do a story walk and then gather natural materials to make a boat. We took the boats down to the drainage area near the school to see if they would float and to make adjustments if they needed them. We had some amazing boats, but more importantly, families had the opportunity to learn together in our very cool outdoor space.
