John Adams
John Adams was an American lawyer, author, statesman, and diplomat. He was also the second president of the United States, he was also the first vice president. John Adams was also a big apart of the Boston Massacre. Boston Massacre was the act of British Soldiers fighting a mob. It first started with snowballs being thrown at people and then someone fired there gun and everyone thought everyone was shooting so then eventually everyone was shooting at the end when all the smoke cleared up 5 people were dead. Boston Massarce
The Boston Massacre happned March 5th, 1770. The fight was between a patriot mob and British Soldiers. It started out by just throwing snowballs, stones, and sticks. At the end several colonists were dead and this led to a campaign by speech writers to rouse the citizenry. After a town meeting was called demanding removal of British and trial of Captain Preston and his men for murder. At the trial John Adams and Josiah Quincy II defending the British. Later 2 of the British soldiers were accused of man slaughter. The Boston Massacre an event that lead up to the Revolutionary war.
