The +Entrepreneurship Module intends to heighten the entrepreneurial spirit of our students by providing the most relevant and updated pratices of this up and coming area of knowledge. Students will have the opportunity to learn how to navigate in today's innovative world, while retaining that creative edge that allows entrepreneurs to succeed in establishing sustainable local and global businesses.

This course focuses on developing a deeper understanding of opportunities and solutions in the entrepreneurial process, and how this process demands creativity and new ideas. The course will provide students with awareness, knowledge and skills about the role of creativity in key phases of the entrepreneurial process.

Didac Lee, Founder & CEO Inspirit and FC Barcelona Board Member (Technology Area)

Inspirit’s portfolio is made up of seven tech companies with a markedly innovative profile operating in different sectors such as online marketing, IT security, and e-commerce, notably Zyncro, Spamina, Fhios, Openshopen, Hotelerum, Alpify and Intercomgi Development Center. The group currently employs more than 400 people in nine countries.

Another one of Dídac’s success stories includes Scubastore, founded in 1998, which is the origin of the present-day group Tradeinn, the first online retailer specialized in sports equipment and European e-commerce leader in its sector. With more than 500,000 customers, Tradeinn operates in 220 countries around the world.

This course focuses on developing a deeper understanding of opportunities and solutions in the entrepreneurial process, and how this process demands creativity and new ideas. The course will provide students with awareness, knowledge and skills about the role of creativity in key phases of the entrepreneurial process.

Glownet is the market leader for RFID for live events. Empowering music festival promoters with the latest RFID / NFC technology, to deliver transparency and control. Based in London, Glownet has successfully delivered to festival clients in 9 different countries including over 15 events in 2014 to date. Winner of the Event Technology Award, London Technology Week 2014. A fully integrated solution built by promoters for promoters; the founders have ten years of successful festival promoting experience and eight years pioneering RFID in the industry.

This course aims to translate the value proposition into a tangible solution (product and/or service) with which you can experiment to get (or not) it approved by the target customer segment, get information necessary for decision-making and continue working on improving the go-to-market strategy.

Eneko Knorr, Founder and CEO at Ludei

Eneko Knorr is the founder and CEO at Ludei, an HTML5 app development platform. Previously he started the Spanish top 5 hosting company Hostalia, which was acquired by Acens (Telefonica) in 2007, and Ideateca, a startup incubator and accelerator. He is also an angel investor on companies such as Masterbranch, Chicisimo, Foundum, Workmunity, Ticketbis, Habitissimo, Couchcommerce or Notorious. He is based in San Francisco, CA.

Pizzas & Networking at Wayra Academy Madrid

Wayra is a start-up accelerator which was started in Latin America and Spain in 2011 as an initiative of Telefónica's chief executive in Europe, José María Álvarez-Pallete. The start-up companies receive funding, office space and mentoring. In 2013, there were 14 Wayra academies in 12 countries in Europe and Latin America and Telefónica planned to support about 350 startups altogether.

Nava Swersky, Co-Chair at NanoIsrael

Nava is an entrepreneur, venture capitalist, innovation and technology commercialization expert with 20 years of experience. She's an adviser to the Israeli Government on innovation and international R&D collaborations; President & Co-Founder of the International Commercialization Alliance that influences policy on commercialization for 22 member countries. She's also Vice Chair of the Excellence for Commercialization of Research Canada and Founder of NanoIsrael, the international nanotech conference & exhibition.

Carlos Trenchs Sainz de la Maza, Managing Director at Caixa Capital Risc

Venture Capital division of "la Caixa". Through different specialized instruments we invest in early stage companies from pre-seed to growth. With over 60 innovative companies in the portfolio, he is currently member of the board in the following companies:

Javier Ulecia, Founding Partner at Bullnet Capital

Since October 2001, Mr. Ulecia is devoted to the management of Bullnet Gestión. He is a member of the Board of all the portfolio companies of Bullnet Capital I and II. He is also a member of the board of three non-technology companies (Reebok Sports Club, Image Fitness and Mangas). In April 2000, Mr. Ulecia co-founded and became Chief Executive Officer of Doing a Venture Capital firm specialized in technology related projects that managed a first fund of € 50MM, initially fully committed by Multitel (Spanish investor in the telecom sector).
