The battle

The second bull run battle was fought at Prince William county, Virginia. This battle was very important to the south because it was of the most decisive battle in northern Virginia campaign.

Confederate vs Union

The battle was fought between army of northern Virginia against union army of

Virginia. The leader of the confederate was general Robert E Lee, the leader of the union was Maj. General John pope. The confederate won this battle. There was 22,180 casualties, 13,830 were the union.
