My Gym Experience
Beginning
Well it all started in middle school when Jonathan started going to the gym. One day after school his father asked him if he wanted to go to the gym and Jonathan said yes. So they drove to a gym called lifetime fitness. At first Jonathan didn't really know much because every time he
went to lifetime fitness he would only play basketball. But this time he went upstairs because he

was old enough to finally go upstairs. Because upstairs has weights and the fitness does not
want kids under twelve to workout because children under twelve can get hurt. Well when he first walked upstairs the first thing he went to where the weights because he was not interested
in the cardio machines at the time. So the first thing he did was go to a weight machine and
Learning
started curls because he wanted huge arms and thought that biceps curls would do the trick. He enjoyed the feeling you get when it hurts because it's a good kind of pain and the pump get after when your muscles get hard. So every time he went to the gym he was sore at some parts of his body and still chose to workout the same muscles. But the in order for your muscles to grow
Research
they have to rest up two days. So he did a lot of research on workouts and diets. One thing I learned is that working out not only makes the body look good but it can help with other things such as confidence and improve on a particular sports that are played. It can also help with patience and being focused. Working out can also make someone mentally smarter. It's a good
Go for it
way to get to make friends and just hang out and have good time. Think about it, a lot of people workout. Like movie stars for example, Dwayne Johnson he workouts all the time. On social media he always posts himself in the gym. He works out because he loves it. So go out there if haven't already started working out and get motivated! Life a healthier and better life. At least workout at least thirty minutes a day! Doesn't haven't even have to be an hour!
