Eligibility: Available to children of military personnel in each branch of the armed forces. Nominees must have demonstrated resilience, strength of character, leadership within their families and communities, and ability to thrive in the face of the challenges of military life. Must be between 8 and 18 years of age and enrolled in the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS).

ROTC Scholarships - Army, Navy and Marine ROTC programs. - expected to serve in the military after graduation. For ARMY apply to Army ROTC and for Marine or Navy, NAVY ROTC.
If interested in Coast Guard should look into Coast Guard Student Reserve must spend eight weeks in training during two summers and work two weekends a month during school year. After graduation students begin reserve service.
