WMS brought home some wins at the Panther Run this weekend! Congrats to Trevor Towe for finishing 1st in his division in the 10K and to Amber Kirbey's husband for finishing 1st in his division in the 5K!!

The very last way to get points on the sheet is to complete the monthly challenge. This month the challenge is to complete the workout of the week. I will send out a workout each week in the weekly mission. One will be more challenging than the other. Choose the one at your fitness level and complete it for 25 points!
Weekly Workouts this week:
Beginner/Intermediate Option-Workout video (27 minutes with beginner modifications included)
Intermediate/advanced Option- Cross fit home workout:
3 rounds as fast as possible:
- 10 pushups
- 10 squats
- 20 lunges, alternate legs
- 20 jumping lunges, switch legs when you jump
- 10 jumping squats
- 10 clapping pushups
