Marble Statue of David

-This piece of work was created 1408-1409

-You can visit this artwork at the Museo Nazionale del Bargello in Florence, Italy

-This piece is very special because it was carved out from a block of marble left over from other artists.

-This piece is very interesting to me because its a life size sculpture at 6 foot 3 inches tall with lots of detail put into it with a nice color from the marble too.

-This artwork is a great piece to represent individualism because it focuses on one person and how people themselves are important to this world.
