Seneca: "Those of the Big Hill"
In chatting with students and staff, many have taken this long weekend as an opportunity to reconnect and travel. Be safe. Hopefully, you are able to take a second to relax, reflect on where we have come from since August as a community, and develop a plan for where you are going. I pushed hard with my kids this weekend to make sure we were on the right track now that we are coming to the close of the first quarter. If your family is like mine, it isn't always a sunshiny endeavor. Below is where my daughter left off after our discussion about transition words and practicing her cursive and typing. Keep fighting the good fight!
Trash, Recycling, and Bees... Oh My!
On a separate note, all students should have a change of clothes in their lockers beyond their PE uniforms. We believe in recess as a very healthy outlet in the middle of the school day and will continue to use our beautiful outdoor space in all types of weather.

Student Safety- Returning Home
Please send any information to our grade level deans if you are hearing about inappropriate behaviors on buses or in the walk zone. If we tackle the smaller issues, we may just be able to avoid the bigger ones.

Please reach out to evita.wilson@lcps.org from our counseling department with questions.
2023 Step up Loudoun Youth Competition
The Step Up Loudoun Youth Competition presents middle and high school students an opportunity to identify an issue in their communities and implement a solution as they contribute to the world around them.
