A Message from Stagg High School's Principal, Eric Olsen
Dear Stagg Families,
To date, our safety measures appear to have been successful. Using the IDPH COVID-19 safety protocols, we have not documented any transmission of COVID-19 within the building and we have had only a small number of onsite close contacts identified through contact tracing. This is a credit to everyone following our safety protocols. All safety procedures will remain in place, including the one way hallways (which still takes some getting used to) and stairwells. Masks are to be worn at all times.
Please make sure that you and your child complete the Wellness Screener honestly. If a student has COVID-19 symptoms they should not be in attendance at school and must follow COVID-19 protocols. Please contact the school if you have any questions.
District 230 COVID-19 Dashboard
District 230 has created a COVID-19 dashboard which updates weekly to share information regarding COVID-19 positive individuals on campus and the number of close contacts to those onsite positives. Here is a link to the dashboard. Click through the dashboard to see information specific to each school in District 230.
We hope that you find this information useful and as always, please do not hesitate to contact the school if you have any questions.
