becoming a host family
Hosting an exchange student is easy and fun!
As a host family, you provide the student with a bed of their own and space of their own. They eat with you, and do whatever you do with your family. Families receive a small stipend weekly for expenses. Students are otherwise financially responsible for
themselves. They just need your hospitality and love.
The students are both boys and girls, of various ages from high school to college age. They are from all over France and Spain. The dates of arrival vary from student to student but most will arrive for the month of July.
The students are here to accomplish two goals:
1. To improve their English speaking skills through being with their host families.
2. To immerse themselves into the American culture by living with an American family.
Families do not need to speak French or Spanish.
The students are proficient in the English language and are coming to the
US to experience the US lifestyle and improve their English speaking skills.

languages.
Host a student this summer and apply to travel abroad next summer!!
