December 24-31 Holiday Break, NO SCHOOL

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Recently, in an effort to support families, the district’s leadership team reviewed the SAU 39 attendance policy and state law. School attendance is critical and is complicated by the established procedures during the pandemic.

Ensuring parents/guardians have access to their student’s updated attendance records through PowerSchool is an initial outcome of the meeting. The video at the link below shows how to access your student’s attendance.

Please know the school personnel is ready to support you if your child’s attendance is becoming a challenge.

Thank you for your support.

Christine Landwehrle, Asst. Superintendent, Elementary

Steve Chamberlin, Asst. Superintendent, Secondary

PowerSchool Parent Portal-Attendance

Please be sure to log into the PowerSchool parent portal to check your child's attendance. Attendance has been pushed out to the portal so you can view this summary information. This will be helpful to you as a parent in monitoring your child's attendance and ensuring access to learning opportunities. Please view this video for an overview of how to view attendance information.
