Please join us on Tuesday, October 20th at 5:30 in the Media Center for our Reading Night and Reading Parent Workshop. Come dressed as your favorite Book Character (Parents too) and enjoy a night filled with reading fun. Parents will learn about strategies for helping their child in reading and students can have fun reading together, playing reading games, and using the iPads.

You can also cast your votes early for your favorite Book Character Pumpkins. Votes are 25 cents each, and you can vote as many times as you would like! Each vote benefits the Spalding County Ferst Foundation.

Ferst Foundation Fundraiser

All the proceeds collected from the Class Book Character Pumpkin Contest will benefit the Spalding County Ferst Foundation. Last year we raised over $400 for the Foundation. This year, we hope to raise even more, so we can help children in Spalding County receive one free book each month.

The Contest Winners and the Grand Total of money raised, will be announced at the Fall Festival on October 23rd.
