There were lots of big milestones on the Morning Mile field this week! 6th grader Sebastian Mandese achieved 200 miles! Sebastian runs every morning with his dad and has some big goals this year. 5th grader Bella Vermillion, 4th grader Diego Garcia, 2nd grader Alva Sebastian, and Kindergartner Isaac Hayes all achieved 100 miles this week. No slacking off over the holidays for this motivated crew!
The next race in the Run Brevard series is the Jingle Bell 2 Miler next Saturday December 17. All participants 14 and under earn points for Team Gemini. Youth registration is $20 with a no shirt/no medal option for only $10. Every race you run will earn credit for 25 laps (straws) and a fun charm for your Morning Mile necklace.
