This Week at PES

We implemented our very first Teacher Study team this week consisting of Marsha Harms, Johanna Edens, Robin Williams and Kayleigh O'Neal. Teacher Study teams work together to identify, celebrate and replicate effective classroom practices. The idea is that one team member teaches while the others observe. After 15 minutes or so, team members individually identify practices they saw that worked. These are shared with the teacher and then tied to how the others can implement similar things into their daily repertoire. We enjoyed working with our first group - we will be trying this same concept with everyone else in the coming weeks! Thanks to Kayleigh, Johanna, Robin, and Marsha for letting us practice with them!

Observations Round 2

By now, most all of you have had your first observation! Round two will begin shortly - some may occur before Christmas break. Remember, these are unannounced and you will be observed by the other administrator this time. If you are doing something you really want feedback on, please let us know so we can try to get there to support you!
