El almuerzo y mi salud
¡Mi clase favorita del día es el almuerzo! :) Jaja, pues...es una de mis favoritas. Me encanta comer el almuerzo con mis amigos. Nosotros siempre compartimos la comida. Todos los días yo como un sándwich de jamón y queso, un plátano, unas zanahorias, y una galleta. Bebo agua. Prefiero comer de todos los grupos de la pirámide nutritiva para mantener la salud. También, para mantener la salud, levanto pesas y corro cada semana. Me gustan las galletas, pero no deber comer muchas porque no son buenas para la salud.
