News for the week of April 29th

Ocean Theme

This week we will continue our ocean theme! We are in need of a few more plastic water bottles to finish our "Ocean Wave Bottle" craft project. If you have any please send them to school. We will also be doing a fun science activity called "Sink or Float?" where we predict and experiment whether different items will sink or float when placed in water.

Who Let the Letters Out?

In your child's folder last Friday was a silly class book called "Who Let the Letters Out?". I hope your child can read/sing you the book at home! This activity was intended to be a good review for your child of the important Kindergarten readiness skill of phonemic awareness!
