MCAS Testing and Picture Day
Picture day is on the way!
Greetings Sullivan School Families,
Picture day is always a special day at any school. At the James Sullivan Middle School, picture day gives us a chance to see how much our students have grown over the short time they have been with us. I have arranged for our pictures to be taken by our friends at O'Connor Studios. We understand that many of our students are currently remote. We would like to offer them a chance to come to school and have their pictures taken also. With that said, I have chosen two separate days for this great opportunity. The information can be found below.
When will picture day happen here at the Sullivan Middle School?
- Picture Day is scheduled for Monday, May 17th for grades 5-8 from 3pm-5pm (remote or in-person students are welcome)
- Picture Day is scheduled for May 24th from 8am-11:30am during the school day for all students in grades 5-8. Our remote students are welcome to join us between 3pm-5pm.
These dates and times were arranged to help accommodate all of our students regardless of their remote or in-person status. Please be advised that our friends at O'Connor Studios will support and recognize all of our health and safety guidelines. We encourage all of our students to participate. We hope to see you there!
Sincerely,
Principal Charles

Helpful Tips:
- Make sure your Chromebook is fully charged before you take the exam.
- Make sure that you report to school on time.
- Be sure to get plenty of rest the night before.
- If you are having any problems with your district issued Chromebook, contact school administration or your homeroom teacher immediately.
- Remember to do your best.
