Staff Member and Student of the Month for March

Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) has picked Mr. Stacy as staff of the month because of how he represents our vision. He is always helping out other teachers and making sure that their students, as well as his, are prepared for school and life. His students are not only taught the material, but he makes sure they understand it too.

Whenever you are in his class, Mr. Stacy always tells you to speak with confidence even when you are wrong, so that you can learn from your mistakes and also gain confidence in yourself. He also has always supported the students at Shelbyville High School and believes in them and their work. Mr. Stacy always cares for students and his staff members, and always does his best work.

Mr. Stacy can always be seen around the school giving things to his fellow staff members and he has a great connection to the students. Overall, Mr. Stacy is an amazing teacher and truly represents our vision in SADD. Students are more confident and prepared in school and life because of his impact on us.

Cheyenne Clouse is deserving of student of the month for her continued leadership and sportsmanship this year. She took a leadership role as Team Captain of the Girls Bowling team this year and led the girls team to a great season finish at Sectionals. She will bowl for Grace College in the fall. Cheyenne is part of the mentor and mentee program as well, she helps students with school work and she is always ready to listen to any concern her mentee has. Cheyenne is an all around great person and has a bright future ahead of her.
