Introduction
I have always been interested in law and criminology and have planned to become a defense attorney when I grow up. Here is my research of a Lawyer's career.
On a daily basis, Lawyers must study, explain, and apply laws to specific problems and deal with clients. Lawyers tend to sit for long periods of time as well.
Working Conditions
The working conditions of a lawyer include being inside most days and working for many hours. Lawyers must always be exact in their work because if they are not, in could lead to an unjust ruling.
Yearly Wages (Pay)
The average yearly wage of a lawyer varies slightly, but for the most part lawyers earn $102,820 a year.
Preparation / Training
To become a lawyer, you must have a high school diploma, a bachelor's degree, a law degree, and pass the Bar exam for the state in which you want to practice.
Important Skills and Abilities
It is important for a lawyer to be able to handle all difficult clientele, speak clearly in front of large groups, understand written information, write clearly so others can understand, and comprehend work-related materials.
