Edgar Allan Poe
His Adult Life
Edgar moved around alot because of his job. He never had an exact place where he lifed for a long period of time. He started to write poetry and got 57 of his poems published in his lifetime. Most of his poems were grusem and were about his loved ones being taken away from him. One of his most famous poems "The Raven" was even made into a movie.
For her this rhyme is penned, whose luminous eyes,Brightly expressive as the twins of Leda,Shall find her own sweet name, that nestling liesUpon the page, enwrapped from every leader.Search narrowly the lines!-they hold a treasureDivine- a talisman- an amuletThat must be worn at heart. Edgar Allan Poe was an alcholic . He went to The University of Virginia when he was 17 years old after leaving his adoptive family in England. He went into the army when he was 18 years old.
Edgar Allan Poes death stil remains a mystery. He died in a hospital on October 7, 1894.
