General PTO Meeting
Dear Halls High School PTO Member,
We hope you are having a good start to 2021. This has been another unusual academic year for our schools. But we can hopefully all appreciate how the faculty, administration and students have worked to make the most of this year. While we certainly have not been able to do all that we would normally like to do for the school, the Halls High School PTO has stayed engaged in showing the staff our appreciation for their contributions.
We are inviting you to join us Thursday evening in the High School cafeteria for a PTO meeting at 5:15pm. While in the cafeteria, all attendees should wear masks and sit one family per table. We will discuss planned projects for the Spring and officer nomination/election procedures for school year 2021-2022. One of the Spring projects we’ll discuss is landscaping touch-ups similar to what we did last year.
You will have the option to attend virtually via a Microsoft Teams Live Event invitation (with chat functionality) or attend the event in-person in the HHS Cafeteria. A link to join the Teams Live Event will be placed on the school website homepage under Announcements.
Thank you for continued support and we hope to see you Thursday.
Best Regards,
The PTO Board
