Reward Day
We will hold a reward day for the 1st nine weeks on Friday, October 21st for each grade. Criteria to be eligible for this reward is passing 5 out of 6 classes on 1st nine weeks report card, no more than 3 marks, no more than 5 cumulative days of ISS, OSS, or OCS, and no more than 5 unexcused absences.
80's Neon Dance
Our first dance will be on Friday, October 21 from 6:00-8:00 and hosted by our PTO.
Please be sure that students are picked up promptly at 8:00 PM at the front of the school.
We have behavior and attendance guidelines for students to participate in dances and extracurricular activities. In particular regarding attendance requirements: students who have exceeded five or more unexcused absences are omitted from attending any extra-curricular events after the fifth absence. Additionally, any student who has five or more referrals will be ineligible to attend.
Tickets will be on sale for $5 during lunch on Wednesday, October 19th. Additional neon merchandise will be available for purchase during the dance.

This is KY Safe Schools Week!
This week, October 16-22, is Kentucky Safe Schools Week, and we are having Spirit Week to get the word out!
This yearβs theme is βCreate a Ripple Effectβ and the focus will be on the fact that no act is ever too small to make an impact. When you create a difference in someoneβs life, you not only impact their life, you impact everyone influenced by them throughout their lifetime.
We will be prepared to show our School Safety Spirit with these activities, and also learn how one small decision we make can have a further impact and change so many lives!
