The Bang Bear News

Ramona Bang Elementary - December, 2019

Words From the Principal

Greetings,

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving Break. We had a fantastic November at Bang Elementary. Please review our calendar, we have several events coming up in December. Our Holiday Party is December 20, 2019 from 2:30 - 3:10. Our PTO will provide delicious snack and treats. For the safety of our students and in order to eliminate a large number of visitors, our parties will continue to be for students only. We regret to share we will not be able to accommodate lunch visitors and lunch drop offs on party days. We appreciate your support and understanding.

Lets continue to work together to increase student attendance. Our attendance rate was 96.3% the the 1st 6 weeks and 94.7% for the 2nd 6 weeks. We want our students to attend school everyday unless they are ill. Please check out the chart below from our district. We adore our Bang Bears and look forward to seeing them each day at school. We are striving for a 97% attendance rate for the 3rd 6 weeks.

As always, thank you for your support.

Erwann Wilson,

Principal
