The wisdom of Geese! (from CKH)
Have you ever noticed a group of geese flying in a “V” formation? As each bird flaps its wings, it creates an uplift for the bird immediately following. When the head goose gets tired, it rotates back in the formation and another goose flies point. They even honk from behind to encourage their teammates to keep going! They know they need to work together to complete the journey and finish strong.
