Welcome Back from Principal Hand:
Welcome to the 2021-2022 school year at Fridley High School! My name is Patty Hand, and I am the proud principal here at FHS. I am thrilled to serve as a member of this caring community whose focus is to support success for each and every student. I believe strongly in leading a culturally responsive community of learners, in which students, staff members, and families collaborate to support our climate to ensure it is a caring, inclusive community for all.
As we learned a lot this past year about timely communication for families, we are going to follow the same format we used last year at Fridley High School; we are going to use the back-to-school family S’mores newsletter to share up to date information over the next month. The information will be time stamped in order for you to see there has been an update to the information. Please check out this link every week, and please scroll all the way through the newsletter as there is important information throughout.
A couple of key items to pay attention to in this newsletter:

Again, I am so happy to welcome you to this school year. I miss our students dearly and can’t wait to support them in their success!
Sincerely,
Patty Hand
